UX Update: Magpie’s New Look

It’s a good day to be a bird, especially if you’re a Magpie! If you haven’t checked out the dApp for the last couple of days, we were sneaky little birds and launched our new UX! We’ve got all sorts of new features both behind the scenes and to make your life easier.

Today we’ll give a quick rundown of the improved user interface: cross-chain portfolio tracking, updated transaction history, cleaner and easier to use cross-chain swap interface, and more! Let’s get into it.

Claim Magpie Mafia NFT

While not the biggest change, if you’re going to be swapping through Magpie, you should be sure you’re a Magpie Mafia member first so you can earn that sweet sweet XP and level up your Mafia Bird avatar and eventually get yourself some Magpie ecosystem benefits. To make it easier, we’ve added a “Claim your NFT” button in the upper right hand corner to direct you to the page where you can claim your very own bird.

Profile

Ready to get personal? Now you can manage your profile, flaunt your Magpie Mafia avatar, and compete on the leaderboard to see where you stack up against other Mafia members. Once you’ve got your profile set, it’s time to start swapping, and our new interface makes it really smooth, just take a look below!

Cross-chain Selection

When you select the chains you are swapping from & to from the swap interface menu, you’re able to select the tokens you want to swap at the same time, without needing to go to multiple drop down menus in order to do so.

Transaction History

In a super sleek sidebar you can easily check your transactions, both pending and completed. Even without clicking on them, you can see the assets swapped, the chains they were swapped on, the value, and the date. Magpie is here to make sure you can keep track of your financial journey as easily as possible.

Cross-chain Portfolio

How nice would it be if you could track your portfolio across every chain and wallet you’ve connected in one place? With the new Magpie UX update, you can. Connect your wallet or wallets to Magpie and track all of your assets on every chain with ease. You won’t have to connect to another chain to view what you have there, you can just click on the Asset Manager and take a look. Now that you’ve finished your swaps, and checked your assets, you can check the leaderboard and manage your Magpie Mafia profile.
